About Us

Dammsdalskolan in Vingåker is a national boarding school specializing in educational interventions aimed at children and adolescents within the NPF area (Neuropsychiatric disabilities). At Dammsdalskolan, we accept students aged 12 to 21. We offer a comprehensive solution with school and accommodation within the framework of four school forms: compulsory school, upper secondary school, adapted compulsory school, and adapted upper secondary school.

Your Responsibilities

Dammsdalskolan offers you an exciting everyday life where you have the opportunity to meet each individual student based on their individual needs. We want you to have a strong commitment to your students and be skilled at building relationships with others. Your ambition is to always keep the student in focus, and you are convinced that everyone can learn more based on their individual circumstances. You have a deep understanding of students' differences in learning, and you meet students with clarity and high positive expectations.

You are an active person who works to create a stimulating and developing environment with the student's needs at the center. You have a great interest in our working methods and see it as a natural part of your teaching.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a strong interest and experience in working with students within the NPF area (neuropsychiatric disabilities). We prefer that you have experience from working in several of the school forms we offer and experience in teaching subject areas is an advantage. A low-arousal approach is a prerequisite, and you appreciate challenges in your role.

We place extra emphasis on personal qualities.
A valid driver's license (B) is required.

Employment Type

Fixed-term employment with immediate start.
Combination of hourly bank, vacation, and flexible working hours agreement.
